Payment Information
All payments for purchases made through our website are processed via our trusted payment service providers, Klarna, Paytrail, Qliro and Shopify Payments. We accept payments through the following methods:

Payments are processed in EURO, and the final transaction amount will be displayed in this currency at checkout.

 

Delivery
We offer delivery to selected countries in Europe. Delivery times and fees may vary depending on your location and the delivery method you choose at checkout.

Delivery times: Orders are typically delivered within 2-7 business days.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination and displayed at checkout.

Please ensure that the provided delivery address is correct to avoid delays. Any delays caused by incorrect address information are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Return Policy
At The Perfume Brand, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free return policy to make your shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Return Conditions
You can return unopened products within 30 days from the purchase date. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all labels and seals intact.

 

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@theperfumebrand.com and provide your order number and information about the product you wish to return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return number and instructions on how to return the product.

Please securely pack the unopened product in its original packaging to avoid damage during transport. Clearly write the return number on the outside of the package.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

Once we have received the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. After approval, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exceptions: We do not accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
